Stephanie Wonchala is the company and artistic director
of PULSE, Alaska's newest modern dance company. She
heads day-to-day responsibilities, including but not limited to the design, development, and implementation of strategic
plans for the company. This includes marketing, management, event organization and scheduling from an administrative standpoint
and formulation, choreography, and revision from an artistic standpoint.

Wonchala has held numerous pageant titles, served as ambassador to Anchorage in Japan, competed in
Miss America 2007 as Miss Alaska 2006, and has been an avid journalist for the past several years. She holds a Bachelor's
degree in Journalism and Public Communications with an emphasis in Strategic Communications and a minor in dance. She
remains actively involved with the Alaskan film industry as host of Alaska Filmmakers, and enjoys taking part in acting and
production roles.

Wonchala currently assists with marketing and event coordinating for the Alaska Experience
Theatre, heads client services and branding at an investment firm and teaches modern dance at the Alaska Moving Arts
Center. She looks forward to furthering her career in marketing, media and/or public relations.
